DLAnalyzer provides an
easy way to generate reports on the anti-spam products, Declude Junkmail and Virus. With
the volume of spam and viruses rising everyday it is crucial to have a tool that can
analyze your log files and present the data in many different reports for
analysis and verification.
1.)
If you are running a previous
version of DLAnalyzer make sure you backup your DLAnalyzer license file
(dlanalyzer.xml). It is very important that you have a copy of this file as
new installations come default with a license key for the lite version.
2.)
Unzip the new version of
DLAnalyzer into a temporary directory and execute either the setup.exe file or
dlanalyzersetup.msi file.
3.)
If you are an existing
customer please copy your license key (dlanalyzer.xml) into the directory where
you have installed DLAnalzyer.
4.)
Launch the GUI configuration
utility to configure DLAnalzyer. This can be done either from the directory
where you installed DLAnalzyer or from the start menu under program
files->invariant systems->dlanalyzer.
DLAnalyzer has three
different license modes: Lite, Standard, Enterprise. Each version has
different features enabled. For a comparison of the versions please visit http://www.invariantsystems.com/dlanalyzer/softwarefeatures.htm.
In order to continue receiving product updates, enhancements, and support on the DLAnalyzer products after the first year of purchase a valid service agreement is required. Service agreements must be purchased or renewed within thirty days after your initial support or previous service agreement expires. If you are unable to renew your service agreement within the first thirty days after your initial support or service agreement ends please contact us to make alternate arrangements
DLAnalyzer can be configured through the GUI configuration
utility or you can manually edit the configuration file. We recommend that you
make your configurations changes through the GUI utility.
DLAnalyzer supports a command line parameter "-c" that
allows you to specify multiple configuration files easily.
Example: dlanalyzer.exe -c myconfig.exe.config
While we recommend making configuration changes through the
GUI configuration utility you can also manually edit the file. Below is a link
to a DLAnalyzer.exe.config file that lists all the keys and a brief description
of them.
